Participants will begin their introduction to Tajik culture and history by visiting the main attractions of Dushanbe:
Ismaili Somoni Monument — a symbol of the independence and national unity of Tajikistan.
Kohi Navruz — one of the largest cultural centers of the capital, reflecting national architectural traditions.
National Museum of Antiquities of Tajikistan, which houses unique exhibits, including the famous Buddha statue.
After lunch:
Transfer to the Shahrinav district to visit the ancient Kushan citadel and Buddhist stupa. These sites are remnants of the cultural heritage of the ancient civilizations that once inhabited the region.
Tour of Hisar Fortress, an important historical and architectural monument that reflects the culture of medieval Tajikistan.
Return to Dushanbe. Dinner.
